Registration and Check-out

Check-in Time: from 11:00. Check-out Time: until 12:00.

Early check-in and late check-out are possible upon prior request.


Cancellation and Prepayment

Booking cancellation terms depend on the rate type. Please review the booking conditions when making a reservation. Some rates require prepayment. Details are provided during booking.


Children and Extra Beds

Children stay free of charge when using existing beds. Extra beds and cribs are provided upon request and require confirmation from the hotel. The maximum number of extra beds in a room depends on the room category.


Pets

Pets are allowed. Additional charges may apply. Please inform the hotel in advance if you plan to stay with pets.


Smoking

Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel premises. A penalty applies for smoking in the rooms. Designated smoking areas are available within the hotel premises.


Quiet Hours

Please observe quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00. Violation of quiet hours may result in fines and eviction without refund.


Use of Hotel Facilities

Guests must adhere to the rules of using all hotel facilities. Any damage to hotel property must be reimbursed by the guest.


Safety and Personal Belongings

The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please use the safes provided in the rooms. Leaving valuable items unattended is prohibited.

Payment is accepted via cash. A deposit may be requested upon check-in in the form of a credit card hold.
